• Assignments will be posted online in all subject areas the evening before the FID if the closure is known or by 10:00 am the morning of an FID if the closure was not known the day before. Assignments can also be posted weeks ahead of time as well.
• Only school technology will be used for the posting of assignments.
• Physical copies of assignments may also be distributed to students prior to the use of an FID.
• Assignments should take thirty (30) minutes for students to complete.
• On a Flexible Instructional Day, teachers shall be available for three (3) hours between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:30 pm to answer questions that students may have about the assignment.
• The teacher will post the three (3) hours within the 10:00 am and 2:30 pm that he/she will be available to answer questions.
